The fringe and lace at the bottom of the bra can go. The belt? No idea how we can fix that up.

The back straps need covering and the fringe below the cups should go and I think this is a good costume (I like the color combination)
Nearly OK
I got to say: this costume maker did cover the bra, yay! Forgot the straps: not so yay. But it could make a beginner bra, maybe with a bit more work on it done? Any opinions?
Skirt Needs Change
I love the bra, I think that is unusual in a pretty way, but what about that weird skirt? How to safe this cossie? Different skirt, maybe mermaid with belt?
