I hope the bra doesn't fly off with the money. At the same time I think if you want a good old ugly costume you should at least have matching pieces. Maybe the skirt can be saved. No i am serious, it could be used underneath another for layered effect.

Sloppy Bra

The sequins and beads have been sewn on a plain bra. Bra's need to be covered with fabric first! How often do I have to repeat that :(
