Why oh why is there a big fat diamonte embellishment right there on the front of the belt that doesn't mach any of the rest of the costume? This costume is called 'snakecharmer', maybe now we understand...

Construction Mistake
Look at the bra cups, that sure can't be comfortable. And those weid straps in the middle, they are probably needed for this construction. The cups are also miles apart (maybe space for 3rd boob?)
Good design gone wrong
Actually, there is not much wrong with this one, it's just that the skirt is too much for it (and a bit skimpy). With a different skirt it would look good.
Good Idea Gone Wrong
This kind of fabric can work out well of course, if it's nicely made, but look, here 2 patches of fabric have just been put badly on the cups, some beads are placed on top of the cups and the fringe is sewn on in an ugly way.

Plain weird and ugly. It also happens in other dance sectors. For example, this is a latin dance dress. Look at the shape of the bra, who would fit that? And the skirt looks strange too
