Sharif Wear sells these. I actually have a silver and a gold one and get compliments on it every time I wear it. It's very flattering and looks awesome to dance in. Only problem is, because the beads are plastic, it tends to slide over fabric (like my melodia pants), so I often have to safety pin it from the inside of the waist to keep the belt from sliding down!

Thanks for the feedback about this item. Some things have to be be worn by people to look good. Lots of sellers make this mistake and take a plain picture of an item instead of getting someone to model for them.
Now you explained I can imagine this can look good with the right combination :-)

Oh, you're SO right! Plain pictures of an item rarely look very flattering.

You can see a pic of this on a manequin if you look on ebay for seller retailhkg. (No, not affiliated with them, just a happy customer.) The belt actually stretches since it's on elastic cord. Though..they have it on the manequin crooked. ;P I was less thrilled about the wrist bands because I'm just not digging the fringe flying around over my hands, but the belt is fabulous!
