Fellahi dresses are typically very bright coloured and loosely fitting, whereas melaya dresses are shorter and typically figure hugging (http://www.bellydanceplus.com/photos/carolinelabrie/melaya-royalblue1-detail.jpg)
So as a fellahi dress, this costume is not that bad, though neckline design is quite clumsy, and portpotions are little off.
