I'm not sure if the panties are over the pants or part of them. It's not a separate hipscarf. The top doesn't look that good either. But I think these Chinese sellers will eventually come up with better products.

    I actually have a pair of these in lilac!!! There's extra lining around the bum that makes it look like you're wearing booty shorts underneath see-through pants. Both the pants and top are cheaply made for sure, but I've actually received craploads of compliments on it... just gotta wear it with confidence. ;) I'll be honest, I ordered it because it looked ridiculous and crazy-cheap. It's fun, but not anything to wear if you want to look serious in class or onstage... LOL.
