Why?

The skirts are fine, but why such tops? There isn't enough fabric in the tops to turn into a bra. It was sold as costume, not as practice wear, but can be used as such.

    The tops look like tied halters. Halters are fine if you put a molded bra cup in them to prevent nipplege. But, obviously the whole costume is minimalist/cheap.
