I just don't get it, she can make good stuff, so why make something rediculous. There is more, I'll post that another time.

I really enjoy your blog, but some costumes are not so bad in my opinion...
I particularly like the first one, I think the second one looks a bit plain. I do have underwear that looks exactly as the second bra.
I like the second costume fot tribal fusion. But I know what you mean, it needs a bit more. I think with jewelry it can look really good :)
The first costume is something Cher would have worn in her younger days.
Since there are a fair number of vegetarians and animal rights activists in the bellydance community, I would never wear any animal parts on a costume, even found-in-the woods ones. Plus, I've heard disturbing stuff about how the Chinese feather producers are just yanking the plumage out of live birds.
Unfortunately that is true about the birds. I don't use feathers anymore. There is a lot of extremely disturbing stuff going on with the fur industry as well. I would never wear fur.
