Please Pass the Cauliflower

Is it cauliflower, that thing on the belt? I do see birds on the bra, 2 of them are 5-legged birds (the legs being the fringe),, there's a fly in the middle of the bra and there are slugs on the belt going for the cauliflower:

    Hmmm *squints* I can't see the birds... I do see a couple of those Celtic comma triskele things by someone without a reference. Also, I am disturbed by the implications of cauliflower-crotch.
